Construction Project Manager – Residential and Commercial Reconstruction

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. The ability to communicate with both residential and commercial property owners is very important. Experience working with time and materials and Xactimate estimating is also helpful. Contractor’s license preferred.
