Position

Construction Project Manager – Residential and Commercial Reconstruction

Responsibilities

• Oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interact daily with subcontractors, in-house craftsmen, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary plus bonus opportunities based on profitability. Compensation will vary by location and experience level and can be discussed during the interview process.

What You Must Have

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. The ability to communicate with both residential and commercial property owners is very important. Experience working with time and materials and Xactimate estimating is also helpful. Contractor’s license preferred.
