US Enhanced Personnel is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires coordinating budgets, purchasing, scheduling, and overall project coordination to meet client requirements.
The ideal candidate will read plans, review design documents, and collaborate with design and estimating teams. Primavera P6 and Procore experience is preferred, with a track record in Retail, Medical, or Institutional construction.
To manage the implementation of the Construction Project from concept to completion, including budgeting, purchasing, scheduling and project coordination of all the requirements of the project making sure that all client requirements are satisfied and incorporated into the project (where appropriate) and all budgets are adhered to.
Preparing correspondence, copying, faxes, coordinating team meetings and other general tasks related to project management.

Knowledge of Commonly used Construction Concepts, Practices and Commercial construction/estimating experience required. Must be able to read plans and construction documents. Specific experience in Retail, Medical, and Institutional construction estimating and Design Build experience plus. Working Knowledge of Primavera P6, Procore, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
Four (4) year college or university program certificate; or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and owners
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
