Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives in the Greater Philadelphia region.

You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with subcontractors, owners, architects, and field personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate brings roughly four or more years of PM experience with a commercial GC/CM, strong communication and leadership skills, and a degree in Construction Management,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial GC/CM.
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, hospital, higher education, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field personnel.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, quality, and safety while ensuring successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the construction process.
