P2 Contracting, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring on-schedule progress and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in building methods and a proven track record in successful construction management.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction management methods, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, obtain permits, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods and processes (from qualifications)
• Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
• Secure necessary permits and licenses
• Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
• Estimate costs and keep the project within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers
• Report on progress
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
