Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Projects
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with Procore
- Construction project management experience

- PMP Certification
- Major office modernization experience (i.e. full floor remodel in office building)
- Experience with DoD and / or SCIF projects
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain regular coordination and communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, including impacts to site and / or adjacent occupied areas
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain real time schedule and financial forecast in Procore
- Maintain budget from multiple funding sources and various suppliers in Procore
- Respond to challenges in the field as they arise
- Work as part of the site facilities project management team
