We’re seeking a Project Manager who will oversee projects from inception to completion. A Project Manager’s responsibilities will encompass creating and managing the budget, bidding on projects, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process for all involved.

Location: Detroit, MI

What You’ll Do:

• Identify Bid Opportunities: Monitor bid sites, invites, and RFPs for relevant projects.
• Scope Review: Analyze blueprints, specs, and job requirements; attend site walks or pre-bid meetings.
• Prepare & Submit Bids: Complete bid forms, proposals, and pricing sheets—submit on time and in full.
• Coordinate with Field Teams: Ensure alignment between office and field teams; communicate changes or updates quickly.
• Client Communication: Provide regular progress updates and handle change requests or concerns.
• Daily Oversight: Supervise site activity, subcontractor performance, and quality control.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor actual vs. projected costs.
  
  
  

Qualifications for the Job:

• 3 to 5 years of commercial project experience.
• Experience with Gordian, Joc Contracts or Xactimate
• Strong people skills
• Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable form of transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town when required (current work radius is 250 miles)
