About the Company:

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll work closely with the client, design team, and field staff to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including budget, schedule, and quality
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change order management
• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure smooth field execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project documentation standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Background in K-12, healthcare, religious, or higher education projects preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively
