RIMEPRO Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, hospitality, casino, and gaming facility projects in California. The role covers planning, budgeting, coordination of subcontractors, and on-site management to deliver projects from inception to turnover.

Ideal candidates will have a strong GC background with 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, and relevant hospitality/casino project experience.

Summary

We are actively recruiting an experienced Construction Project Manager for an established organization overseeing commercial construction, hospitality, casino and gaming facilities, restaurants, food and beverage, and fuel station/travel center projects.

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong commercial general contractor background who can independently manage projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, inspections, and final turnover.

The ideal candidate has experience with hospitality construction, commercial renovations, ground-up developments, and concrete work, along with a strong understanding of subcontractor coordination, project budgets, schedules, quality control, and field operations. Commercial construction experience is required, with hospitality experience strongly preferred over residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and hospitality construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Oversee projects involving casinos, gaming facilities, restaurants, food and beverage spaces, and fuel stations/travel centers.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and overall project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, construction crews, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Oversee construction activities, including concrete work, structural systems, MEP, interiors, and finishes.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Manage project financials, including change orders, invoices, budget updates, and cost control.
• Coordinate closely with field personnel to maintain construction schedules and project milestones.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections to monitor construction progress, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership to resolve construction issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, material deliveries, and project timelines.Identify constructability challenges, scheduling conflicts, and potential cost impacts.
• Prepare project progress reports, including schedule updates, budget impacts, and outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and construction documentation.
• Ensure projects meet applicable safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Oversee punch lists, final inspections, project closeout, and turnover.
• Manage multiple construction projects and assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial general contractor experience required.
• 5+ years of construction supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Hospitality, casino, restaurant, or gaming facility construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction, renovations, or tenant improvements.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction, building systems, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, change orders, invoices, and construction documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, inspections, and jobsite safety.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to independently manage projects and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with food and beverage facilities, commercial kitchens, and fuel station/travel center construction preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass required background investigations, drug screenings, and obtain applicable gaming licenses.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and respond to emergencies as needed.
