Zusammenfassung

NVR, Inc., the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Aiken, SC. You will lead community homebuilding projects, ensuring quality and on-time completion while mentoring a large field team.

Direct interaction with subcontractors and ongoing quality inspections will be key, as you manage budgets, timelines, and project scope to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold NVR’s best-in-class reputation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Customer relations experience a plus.

This position pays $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a per home bonus.
