Opportunity

Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and manage your own commercial elevator construction projects as our Construction Project Manager for KONE Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, OH area?

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the agreed upon schedule, status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.), and procurement-related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors).
  • Ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and by acting on punch-list items.
Qualifications
  • You will bring 2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise or 7+ years of relevant working experience, and use knowledge gained from a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • You have the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders surrounding assigned projects.
  • You are passionate about safety on worksites and prepared to audit compliance.
  • You utilize tools to manage project scope and timelines (e.g., Microsoft Project or SAP).
  • You have a keen eye for identifying risks/opportunities through sources such as contracts and on-site observations.
  • You have sound financial acumen, including managing cash flow of budgets and forecasting.

  • Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $101,400 – $140,000. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
  • Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals
