PALM BUILD LLC seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead residential reconstruction projects after water damage mitigation. You will take over post-mitigation handoff, supervise rebuilds, manage subcontractors, and keep schedules and profitability on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential construction project management or reconstruction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to read and execute scopes of work and estimates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential reconstruction projects from post-mitigation handoff to final completion.
• Review scopes and estimates (often created in Xactimate) and ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and job profitability.
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Handle change orders, supplements, and scope adjustments.
• Perform site visits, quality control checks, and final walkthroughs.
• Ensure projects meet company standards, building codes, and timelines.

• IICRC certifications are a plus (not required)
• GC License (NC or SC) is a plus

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary:$60,000
• Commission:Based on project performance and profitability
• Typical Annual Earnings:$90,000 – $130,000
• Higher earnings possible for strong performers managing multiple projects efficiently
