As a Residential Project Manager at Paul Davis, you’ll lead reconstruction projects for homeowners and property managers after events like fires or floods. These are real situations with real people who need clear communication, strong leadership, and follow-through. You’ll manage projects from start to finish; coordinating trades, controlling budgets, setting expectations, and spending plenty of time in the field making sure the work is done right.
