Responsible for the overall management and successful completion of multiple projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources, while also leading and mentoring project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience directly related to duties and responsibilities.
Technical expertise: Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders; familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices; experience with various types of construction projects and materials; ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents; ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, schedules, and project needs; proficiency in project management software (e.g., PROCORE), scheduling software, and other relevant software.
