Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own residential and commercial projects from the initial work plan through final completion. You will keep crews, materials, subcontractors, budgets, and deadlines moving together while maintaining direct communication with clients.

The role emphasizes planning, coordinating subcontractors and field crews, monitoring costs, and ensuring work meets specifications. A driver’s license and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or project-management experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans, estimates, measurements, and project specifications.
• Valid driver's license and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan project schedules, labor requirements, materials, and job-site priorities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, installers, and field crews.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or scheduling problems early.
