Job summary

JLL is seeking a direct senior-level project manager to lead client projects, regions, and practices with a focus on PDS Account and Program Management operations.

You will develop budgets, schedules, and strategies; guide teams from design through construction documentation; and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring performance standards and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years as SPM or similar role.
  • Travel required for project site visits.
  • Ability to regularly communicate analysed data to client and team to achieve project goals.
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.)
  • Position may work primarily at client site or project location with potential daily client and contractor interaction.
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Direct senior-level project management services on assigned JLL client projects, regions, and practices.
  • Oversee, manage, and develop PDS Account and Program Management operations, including profit, platform, and people.
  • Contribute to account growth, meet financial and KPI targets, and enhance team professional development.
  • Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, strategies, assumptions, and methodologies.
  • Establish project goals and success criteria aligned with JLL and client needs.
  • Build client relationships and ensure project scopes, deliverables, and performance standards are understood.
  • Coordinate due diligence and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Develop detailed project budgets based on historical and market data.
  • Act as the primary senior-level client contact throughout projects.
  • Guide clients and teams through design implementation from conceptual design through construction documentation and signoff.
  • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage project execution within intended timeframes.
  • Prepare RFPs and manage vendor and contractor selection.
  • Develop procedures for project and service distribution, receipt, opening, leveling, and award.
  • Facilitate project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users.
  • Manage project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items across multiple projects.
  • Manage vendor and project team performance for contractual, regulatory, and client compliance.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate liabilities and risks.
  • Refine business-unit and JLL best practices and standards of excellence.
  • Assist the Local PDS Team in meeting regional and national AGM targets.
  • Enhance team revenues through existing client relationships and new relationships.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for a product or service and contribute to new service delivery ideas.
  • Maintain accounts receivable within planned working capital levels.
  • Provide budget, program, and procurement recommendations during due diligence and planning.
  • Support effective process and governance frameworks aligned with the Global Client team.
  • Foster relationships with key client stakeholders and local business sponsors.
  • Implement client Global Workplace standards and local office requirements and regulations.
  • Lead teams managing project oversight, regional process development, local project delivery, and closeout.
