Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction/engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in industrial construction preferred.
• Estimating experience required; ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction activities at client site.
• Oversee subcontractors and manage project change processes.
• Support front-end loading with scopes of work, schedules, and subcontracting strategies.
• Coordinate with site/home office engineering for status reports and IFC drawings.
• Communicate with client representatives and ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Monitor cost and schedule to meet contract obligations.
