Job summary

Tusco, Inc. in Abilene, Texas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to organize and manage complex construction projects for the Physical Security Division. This role includes overseeing a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications while collaborating with clients and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing construction projects.
• PMP, CCM, DBIA, CQM, ACI and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of perimeter security products.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of field personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise.
• Develops detailed descriptions of jobs and materials necessary to complete project.
