Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Lead in Plain City, OH to manage complex concrete construction projects from planning through execution. This role requires coordinating field operations, safety, quality, and customer expectations while driving on-schedule delivery and on-budget performance.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, risk mitigation, equipment/logistics coordination, and mentoring field leaders to ensure high-quality outcomes in a high-value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience with large concrete projects (data centers, industrial, commercial).
• Experience with self-performed concrete work and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan with all relevant information.
• Validate bid/contract information for planning.
• Review project docs and create a plan aligned with budget, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Create Customer Plan and Equipment Plan with detailed milestones.
• Develop and present a sequenced project schedule with milestones.
• Define quality expectations and risk prevention strategies.
• Lead safety integration and training schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet schedule.
