Job summary

Merryfield Construction Group in the Delaware Valley seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee Residential and Commercial construction, coordinating staff, subcontractors, materials and equipment to meet specifications, schedule and budget. You will supervise trades, administer contracts and permits, track costs, forecast revenue, and report progress to owners and portfolio managers.

Five years of project management experience and strong communication, negotiation and computer skills (Office, MS

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience coordinating employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project.
• Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews drawings to ensure specs.
• Administers construction contracts and obtains permits and licenses.
• Supervises staff and ensures safety and quality controls.
• Tracks costs and schedule to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Reports progress to owners, architects and portfolio managers; conducts project meetings.
