Job summary

Jackson Properties is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager in Sacramento, CA to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and field teams to ensure timely project delivery within financial parameters.

You will work with clients and design teams through design/build processes, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. A Bachelor's degree and relevant construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Understanding of commercial construction and skilled trades.
• Knowledge of design/build or design/assist delivery, construction management.
• Thorough understanding of construction documents, specs, schedule and budgeting/estimating.
• OSHA 10-HR Certification, CPR/First Aid Certification, Fall Protection and Scaffolding Certifications.
• Knowledge of Building codes and ADA requirements.
• Familiarity with SWPPP.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, review proposals, determine time frames and resources.
• Coordinate pre-construction budgeting, bid process, and designer coordination.
• Track design budgets, prepare invoices and change orders.
• Plan staffing for each project phase and assign duties.
• Prepare owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, and review invoices.
• Prepare project reports and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and suppliers to avoid delays.
• Oversee project close-out and ensure final inspections and COs.
• Other duties as assigned.
