Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or 2+ years of PM experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, codes, and specs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety codes and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Help manage schedules and deadlines to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to complete tasks per contracts.
• Assist with procurement and site inventory, ensuring timely delivery.
