Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college program and pursuing a degree, minimum 1 year completed.
• Interest in construction management and related fields.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day activities on a construction project to build foundational knowledge.
• Support project team with coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and learn site procedures.
• Assist with start-up activities, RFIs, submittals, and contract information.
• Observe site activities and communicate with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
