BEAR Construction is offering an on-site, 3-month internship for students in civil engineering or construction management. You will gain hands-on experience, support project teams, and learn practical project controls, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety practices while contributing to real projects.

Mentorship from seasoned professionals and exposure to permits, RFIs, procurement, and document control will help prepare you for a construction career.

Aufgaben

• Monitor compliance to codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
• Coordinate permits and inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Assist with bid packages, scopes of work, schedules, and site utilization.
• Contribute to project goals as a core team member.
• Learn and use company software programs.
• Manage document submittals and RFIs.
• Expedite materials, deliveries, and equipment with the project team.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Prepare internal and external project status reports.
• Support project close-out and punch list processes.
• Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects.
• Collaborate with on-site teams for safe, efficient completion.
• Contribute to procurement efforts and equipment orders.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Contribute to scheduling and budgeting tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
