Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Construction Services Intern for our Melbourne, FL location. You will support project teams in both field and office environments, assisting with construction administration, site observations, documentation, and coordination efforts.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field and is entering junior or senior year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Entering junior or senior year
• Basic understanding of construction processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, and meeting documentation
• Participate in site visits to observe progress and document field conditions
• Support coordination between contractors, design teams, and clients
• Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
• Assist with preconstruction takeoffs and cost support
• Monitor project progress related to schedule, quality, and safety
• Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam
• Maintain organized project documentation and logs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide general project support as needed
