Project Executive - Commercial Large Projects, Oakland, CA

Our California based Client is looking for a Construction Project Executive with large project experience. The PX must be highly motivated, have proven leadership capabilities and the skills to lead and develop a strong team. Must be able to lead, manage and coordinate all phases of multiple large projects from pre-con to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Work with Estimating and Business Development teams to secure work
• Support BD activities by maintaining long term relationships with clients, engineers and other organizations to develop future business development opportunities
• Review the performance of all construction operations employees, and make recommendations regarding staffing, developmental needs, positions evaluations and compensation
