Builcore is a luxury general contractor based in Miami Beach. We seek an experienced Construction Project Estimator to join our team, focusing on accurate cost estimates, detailed proposals, and evaluating vendor and subcontractor bids for high-end projects.

The right candidate will have at least 5 years of estimating experience in the GC industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work full-time from our Miami Beach office. English proficiency is required; Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in quantity take-off and proposal preparation.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off software.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Thorough understanding of construction costs, materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time from our Miami Beach office.

About the Position

The Construction Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for a variety of construction projects. This role also includes soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor proposals and carefully analyzing project plans, specifications, scopes of work, and related documentation.

Strong estimating experience, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction costs and methods are essential for this position.
