Job summary

The role emphasizes organization, scheduling, budgeting, and field problem resolution under the Project Manager's guidance.

New graduates or students in Construction Management are highly encouraged to apply. Proficiency with MS Office is required; AutoCAD familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• New grads or pursuing a Construction Management degree preferred.
• Construction experience would be a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project information to execute, schedule, and billing.
• Assist with project document control, including submittals, RFI’s, change orders and correspondence.
• Support Project Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and turnover.
• Track deliveries and ensure proper delivery notices and turnover to estimating for pricing.
• Assist field personnel in project closeout and obtain as-builts.
