Job summary

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of construction methodology and managerial processes acquired through a degree or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience in a field environment preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track construction contract design changes and updates.
• Track project construction progress and job costs.
• Coordinate design changes within the construction team.
• Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of logs.
• Prepare project submittals and submit RFIs to clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills

Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules

Extensive document controls experience

Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Job cost tracking knowledge

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Access

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent human relations skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field

Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience (3+ years)
