In order to accomplish that, the PECD program has been structured with a competency-based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire – project management, estimating, construction management and more.

About the Team:

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Detroit team located in Trenton, MI. In this role, you can expect to travel across the greater Detroit area 50% of the time with opportunities for international travel. Our PULLMAN Detroit team will tackle projects across multiple industries; however, this branch’s primary industries are commercial and industrial. Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
  • A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
