Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team at KCG Companies. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Procore electronic folder organization and document naming conventions.
• Assist Project and Construction Managers in assigning tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Plan and coordinate construction operations, logistics, and schedules.
• Prepare, process, and manage Requests for Information and project submittals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to determine standards and specifications.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Take ownership of the project to contribute to its successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and document procedures.
• 0-4 years of construction project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam PDF, and ProCore.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Salary
