Job Description

PATRIOT FRAMING LLC is excited to add a multi-family project engineer to our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Bridging the gap between design, estimating, and project execution to prevent mistakes, delays, and unexpected costs during construction.
• Assisting with administration and documentation, including procurement, scope identification, change orders, quality management, and pre-construction tasks.
• Coordinating and understanding construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for setup in Patriot systems.
• Researching, analyzing, and tracking documents to identify omissions or discrepancies.
• Reviewing estimation takeoffs and assisting with handoff to the construction team.
• Developing and maintaining logs (Submittal, Specification, RFI, ASI) and related communications.
• Reviewing and expediting shop drawings and submittals.
• Coordinating revisions and scope changes with estimators and management.
• Utilizing PROCORE software for project management and collaboration.
• Collaborating with team members and completing tasks to prevent or resolve project issues.

Qualifications

• OSHA certification
• Procore experience/certification
• Experience with turnkey wood framing or large wood-framed projects
