Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a college degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specs.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Manage project drawings and specifications throughout the project.
• Scan and organize project documents and emails into OnBase.
• Solicit and review quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare submittal packages with data, safety sheets, and LEED docs.
• Draft, submit, and track RFIs; assist with forecasting and cost analysis.
• Research products and pricing options; prepare cost breakdowns.
• Assist with change orders and QA/QC processes.
• Support closeout documentation and training compliance.
