Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a capable project engineer to support cost-to-complete activities and manage project documentation on electrical construction projects. You will collaborate with the PM and field teams to ensure timely procurement, submittals, and closeout processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and risk management skills, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements within Encore processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree OR Journeyman’s License with five years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with monthly cost-to-complete.
• Maintain open communications with the project team and stakeholders.
• Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed.
• Assist with submittal creation and procurement of material.
• Ensure proper maintenance of construction documents and closeout paperwork.
• Mentor field engineers in the project engineer’s role.
