Moss is seeking energized interns for a hands-on program in a fast-paced, family-owned environment in Florida. You will gain real project exposure, learn from leaders, and contribute to ongoing construction and sustainability initiatives.

The role welcomes CPT students and offers on-the-job training with the potential for full-time employment after graduation; candidates should be ready to travel and work on dynamic teams.

Qualifications

• Recent grad or actively pursuing a degree in construction or sustainability/solar energy.
• Available for full semester commitment (12-14 weeks).
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel/relocate as needed.
• Professional and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across active construction projects and sustainability/solar initiatives.
• Learn from industry leaders through on-the-job training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and client deliverables.

Starting Rate-$20/HR- Per-diem available based on eligibility
