You will support the project team, learning construction industry processes, policies, and Ryan business practices while gaining hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control on active projects. The internship requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or related field and the ability to work 40 hours per week for at least three months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management or related field within 18 months of graduating.
• Able to work 40 hours/week for at least three months.
• Strong written and verbal communication; understanding contracts and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Understand job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
