Reports to : Vice President of Construction
Principal Objective of the Position: This key position will assist in all aspects of the construction project management process. Construction Project Engineer shall specifically oversee the document control process by utilizing RealAmerica Construction LLC’s Procore software for construction projects. The position will also be responsible for training necessary staff in the Procore software program along with helping to create and implement written safety procedures (i.e. checklists) at all job sites

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
Dress Code: Appropriate attire, including safety equipment, as designated by OSHA and supervisor.
Contacts and Liaisons: The Construction Project Engineer will regularly communicate with all necessary RealAmerica Company employees, outside vendors, tenants, and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
