Job summary

Bowa Construction in Dallas- Fort Worth area is seeking a Project Engineer to support project management and on-site supervision. You will assist with submittals, cost control, scheduling, reporting, estimating and document control to keep client satisfaction high.

Requirements include 1-4 years in project engineering, proficiency with Procore, and solid MS Office skills. Joining the team provides benefits and opportunities to work on commercial, mixed-use, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of related project engineer experience with a construction or construction management firm preferably on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or school projects.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Construction Management and industry software (Procore).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in documenting scheduling of construction operations.
• Set up Procore for project or other database system.
• Assist in establishing permit requirements for the project.
• Prepare and maintain material status reports and review deliveries.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and update project schedule.
• Review subcontractor payment applications with Project Manager.
• Support quality plan implementation and maintain engineering records.
