Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in construction with submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and related tasks.
• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documenting project activities.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract documents and project scope.
• Maintain document control and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Process submittals, RFIs and change orders with the project team.
• Support cost control and payment applications.
• Assist in scheduling and coordination with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Prepare and process subcontractor agreements and vendor invoices.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Ensure safety procedures and project quality standards are followed.
