STRUCTURAL NY Building Envelope in Hawthorne, NJ is seeking a Project Engineer through our PECD program. This in-office role focuses on mastering core construction skills—envelopes and facades of high-rise structures, with rope access support and inspection work.

You will learn scheduling, estimating, cost control, safety, quality, and client relations while growing toward leadership roles in project management, estimating, or construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

About the Team:

New York Building Envelope’s office is located in Hawthorne, NJ and is primarily an in-office position. This team is unique in that it specializes in repairing the envelopes and facades of high rise structures in New York City. In addition, it provides rope access support and inspection work as well.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
