Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
• Understanding of basic construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Project cost control and budgeting.
• RFI and submittal coordination.
• Daily coordination with Project Superintendents.
• Issuance of subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.
• Project billing and closeout activities.
• Pre-construction activities and planning.
• Participation in project meetings and minutes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Technology
