Qualifications

Responsibilities
Maintain job files in hard and soft copy formats.
Prepare and distribute RFIs and other contract documents.
Purchase and monitor delivery of project materials.
Develop and manage job progress schedules.
Manage subcontractor responsibilities and payment requests.
Review change orders and perform quantity takeoffs.
Compile operation and maintenance manuals for closeout.
