Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain job files in hard and soft copy formats.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs and other contract documents.
• Purchase and monitor delivery of project materials.
• Develop and manage job progress schedules.
• Manage subcontractor responsibilities and payment requests.
• Review change orders and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Compile operation and maintenance manuals for closeout.
