Job summary

Concrete Strategies in Alabama seeks a hands-on Project Coordinator to support field operations on active jobsites. You will assist in setup, tracking quantities, cost reporting, and on-site productivity, while coordinating with GC/Owner and CSI Operations manager.

A Bachelor's in construction management or engineering, 0-5 years' experience, and strong problem-solving are required; ability to walk sites and climb scaffolding is a must. Emphasis on safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineer recommended.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles/practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptable and flexible.
• Energetic and motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.

• Job cost spread and estimate familiarity.
• Participation in project sequencing and scheduling.
• Project quantity/progress tracking.
• Production analysis/tracking.
• Participation in Project cost reporting.
