Qualifications

• Bilingual Proficiency: English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise projects end to end.
• Create, manage, and track project organizational structure and progress; manage project documents and coordinate with other departments.
• Prepare engineering budgets and final accounts statements; monitor budget and project costs.
