Qualifications

• Experience with reading and understanding technical specifications and architectural drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BlueBeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advocate in applying W. M. Jordan’s Safety and Health Management Program.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent on project operations and processes.
• Organize and manage submittal processes and logs (submittals, RFIs, material procurement).
• Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and suppliers for on-site requirements.
• Initiate, research, and track RFIs; field questions related to shop drawings and contracts.
• Manage document control methods (logs, contracts, field/electronic copies).
• Assist with Lean processes on projects; participate in progress meetings and minutes.
• Support project closure (OM Manuals, Owner Training, warranties).
• Contribute to development and updating of project schedule as delegated.
