Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Seeking project management and estimator experience with commercial construction
• Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
• Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience
• Ground up and renovation experience
• Weekly travel for the first 6 months

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management preferred
• Direct experience in preferred fields
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Ability to travel is a plus
• Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $80-100K
