We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Full-Time Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be involved with the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete-related aspects of construction projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of concrete work while adhering to budget constraints.

The following are general responsibilities for the position:

Responsibilities:

• Engineer and design concrete formwork
• Develop formwork fabrication drawings
• Produce concrete outline drawings
• Assist in quality control/assurance of installed work during construction
• Assist and lead projects from planning to execution and closeout
• Create and manage RFIs, submittals, and drawing changes
• Conduct regular job-site visits to inspect installed work
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with little direction
• Proactive planning and organizational skills
• Professional appearance with good interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD
• Experience with reading construction drawings is desired
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project is desired
• Ability to work well with others and assimilate in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is desired
• Knowledge of physics and/or statics is desired
• FE / EI certification is desired but not required
• Ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus, but is not required

Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Salary Range – $75,000-$85,000
• Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits; 100% of premiums covered by company for Team Member and dependents.
