Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction, marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or development, preferably in a business development.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction and construction operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at networking and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Prepare promotional packages and proposal materials for clients.
• Lead early-stage project strategy meetings with preconstruction and operations teams.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Create client presentations and support pursuit with strategic input.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and lead tracking in Dynamics.
• Collaborate with marketing and other PMs across regions.
