Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking an entry-level project coordination assistant to support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on construction projects in the Tampa area.

You will help manage subcontractor coordination, schedules, procurement, and field documentation, contributing to on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will assist with communication, record-keeping, and administrative tasks while developing familiarity with project management software and safety practices in a dynamic

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business, Construction Management, and/or Engineering or commensurate trade experience required.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications for spreadsheets, word-processing, and scheduling experience required.
• Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills are necessary.
