Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with customers and the project team. The role focuses on safety, schedule adherence, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining clear communication of the project plan.

You will work with field leadership and internal teams to keep the project on track, monitor progress, and contribute to a collaborative One TEAM culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors and project team.
• Communicate project status and changes effectively.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete Barnhart’s onboarding and training.
• Coordinate Safe and Efficient execution of assigned projects.
• Participate in customer site visits to confirm project scope and risks.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to implement the project plan and communicate changes.
