KenMor Electric Company is an electrical contractor with proven expertise on large-scale construction projects. Its management team guides clients through all phases of planning, design, construction and project management for commercial, industrial and institutional markets. KenMor's work ranges from office buildings and multiuse developments to stadiums, arenas, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals and industrial plants.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Project Managers and Field Personnel for the projects they manage from project set-up to close-out.
  • Project setup (Budget, Submittal Log, RFI Log, CPR Logs, PM Drawing Log, etc.)
  • Assist Project Manager with Submittal Requests and RFI’s
  • Preparation of Subcontracts & Purchase Orders
  • Assist Project Manager with the Preparation of Change Proposal Requests and Change Orders
  • Assist Superintendents with setting up job site trailers, temporary electricity, ordering first aid kits
  • Assists with daily documentation of job conditions and status of active work areas
  • Assists with safety inspections and observations of worker behaviors and site conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in construction project coordination or similar roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in scheduling and document management systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction is preferred
